At Hudson Grace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective materials to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
